If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you've purchased, please follow the instructions below to return the unused portion for a full refund, less shipping and handling (S&H). Returns Policy

We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. We guarantee every product that we sell. Our products are manufactured the highest quality controls. Your satisfaction is totally guaranteed for a full 30 days from purchase date. If you are not completely satisfied, return your items with a short explanation and we will promptly issue a full refund (less S&H). Your sales slip must accompany all merchandise returns. Please keep the products purchased in a saleable condition and retain the original packaging in the condition in which it was provided otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund.

If we deliver incorrect or damaged goods, or in the event that you discover any defect in the goods for which you require compensation or other remedy, you must report the defect within fourteen (14) days of the date you receive them. We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties.

Refunds will be issued by the original purchase method - no cash refunds are available. Items should be returned via registered mail or a similar courier service. Please obtain a certificate of posting since we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Your original invoice must be enclosed along with details of the reason for the return. Original postage and packaging costs and those incurred returning the item(s) are not refundable.
